Theme Enabled PowerPoint Templates

Color themes in PowerPoint are a feature of PowerPoint 2007, 2008 and 2010.  They allow you to change the entire look of a template by simply selecting different layouts and colors.  We have recently been adding more PowerPoint templates that take full advantage of the this powerful feature.

You can change the color theme of a template by selecting “Colors” under the design tab on the PowerPoint ribbon.

Here is a video showing how themes work in out templates.

The video also demonstrates how easy it is to replace graphics in our templates.

Watch the video to see how to change colors and graphics in our PowerPoint templates.

You can also create a custom colors for our templates by creating your own color pallet. You can learn how to create your own color theme here.

I’m using the template networking_connecrion_2010 and i’m having trouble changing the color from blue to orange. any thoughts?? It’s only letting me change the title color but not the whole template… :( thanks for all your help :)

Unfortunately, that template contains a video file for the animation so changing themes won’t affect the video. If you are using PowerPoint 2010, you can go into the slide master, select the video and try the video recolor functions. Essentially, PowerPoint will allow you to add a tint to the video.

Sue, This video actually does not actually have sound. It is just a quick screen capture.
