    Hey Art,

Great video, really easy to follow along.

I love how you showed how to change the colour right on the presenter media site, I normally do it when I am in powerpoint but that’s limited, and I didn’t even know I could vary the shadow etc.

I am a big fan of presenter media, and love the fact we continually get new cool additions too, best money I have ever spent!

    Thank you, Sally :)

I manage to insert the animation clip art to my presentation slide and it work. The problem is, when i closed the power point and re open the files and run the slide show, the animation clip art that i inserted to the slide wont work anymore. It just a static image. Why?

    • Art Holden says:

Hi Jon, What you are describing is a behavior that affects some PowerPoint users. PowerPoint is incorrectly compressing the animations and unfortunately once they have been compressed they will no longer be animated. We have posted how to fix the problem here.

  3. Tim Turner says:

Will your annimations work on Keynote?

    • Art Holden says:

Hi Tim, Yes our animations work in Keynote. With Keynote, you’ll need to use the animated .gif format as it does not currently support Flash (.swf) files. Also Keynote does not provide support for transparency in animated gifs, so you’ll need to match the background color of the animations to your presentation background. You can do this by using our customizer and choosing the background color.

  4. Ron Cousineau says:

Do you have animated writing stick figures that allow me to insert my own text for them to write?

    • Art Holden says:

      Hello Ron,

If you are using PowerPoint 2010 or 2011(Mac) you can use this template. We are working on additional templates like this. Due to the limitations in older versions of PowerPoint, text cannot appear over the top of video.

  9. Tai says:

Great templates, art, and site. I love the templates on energy. One question. I am wondering how to turn the animation off on the slides. I am putting together a presentation, but I would like to turn the animation off on some of the slides.

    • Art Holden says:

Hi Tai, I’m glad to hear you are enjoying the templates. In the templates we have included both static and animated layouts. Here is a tutorial about how to switch between them on each slide.

This is really a great tool/service, especially for someone who isn’t especially technically skilled (to say the least).
Your videos are very easy to understand and the Power Point animations work just fine.
    Thanks!

  11. john says:

Just wondering can these animations be used on a website?

    • Art Holden says:

Hi John, Yes you may use our animations as part of your website design or to provide an illustration for your content.

  12. Cindy says:

I have downloaded your animated “raise the bar” presentation but no animation happens. Why?

    • Art Holden says:

Hi Cindy, What version of PowerPoint are you using? If the animation is not playing, this usually means that you are missing an update to PowerPoint. If you are using PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft has released several updates and service packs for Office 2007. Our templates do require that you PowerPoint version be up to date. Here is the link to the 2007 troubleshooting guide which will walk you through the steps to make sure you are up to date.

  14. Steve Burnett says:

    Hey,
Not much success with my first download !
Downloaded the split arrow animation, and nothing happens. I’ve ready some of the blog posts here, and before you ask, yep i do have windows 2010……

    • Art Holden says:

Hi Steve, I’m not exactly sure which animation you downloaded. If it was an animated clipart (.gif format) from our PowerPoint animations, be sure that you have viewed the slide show (press F5 in PowerPoint.) The animations will not move when you are in the normal edit mode. They will only move when you are viewing the slide show.

Hi and thanks for all the wonderful templets ! I have a problem though, I am working on a Mac and I got this working about missing fonts. Do you have a source where I can download the font I need for the specific templet ? Or any suggestion on how to solve this ?

    • krjones says:

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Would you be working in Keynote by any chance (rather than Mac PowerPoint 2008/2011)? Keynote does not have all the same font as PowerPoint so unfortunately some fonts need to be replaced manually on occasion. If you can tell us which template it was and which font we will be able to fix this on our end for future downloads as well.

  18. Dixie Valido says:

Do you have (or could you make) a animation of someone getting in a car and someone getting out of a car? I don’t need to see them inside the car.

Thanks so much! I really love your products!

You can use the downloaded video you create on a Mac or PC. Are you unable to view the videos on our website? You would not be able to download them unless you are a member.
