THIS BLOG POST IS OUTDATED; PLEASE CLICK THIS TO SEE THE NEW ADD-IN INSTRUCTIONS!

Did your PresenterMedia Add-In suddenly vanish after being installed?  Don't worry, it's probably just been deactivated or disabled.  In this video, we'll go over how to re-enable your add-in and get you back on track!

Note: If you are receiving a white screen in the place of your normal "Sign In", you may need to Reset your Internet Explorer Settings to allow this to display.  To reset your settings, open Internet Explorer and click on the small cog on the upper right corner.  Next, click the "Advanced" tab in the pane that opens up (advanced is the far right tab).  Click "Restore Advanced Settings" and then "Reset Internet Explorer Settings>Reset".  Click "Reset" on the box that pops up and "Close" on the next box.  Close out of the Internet options and restart your computer. This should resolve the issue.
