How to Re-Enable Your PresenterMedia PowerPoint Add-In

Did your PresenterMedia Add-In suddenly vanish after being installed?  Don’t worry, it’s probably just been deactivated or disabled.  In this video, we’ll go over how to re-enable your add-in and get you back on track!

Note: If you are receiving a white screen in the place of your normal “Sign In”, you may need to Reset your Internet Explorer Settings to allow this to display.  To reset your settings, open Internet Explorer and click on the small cog on the upper right corner.  Next, click the “Advanced” tab in the pane that opens up (advanced is the far right tab).  Click “Restore Advanced Settings” and then “Reset Internet Explorer Settings>Reset”.  Click “Reset” on the box that pops up and “Close” on the next box.  Close out of the Internet options and restart your computer. This should resolve the issue.

Did not help. Tried to reset, but same problem. Will not load ADD In into PPT.

Power point will only use Internet explorer, so most likely this is a problem with IE cookie and security settings. In internet explorer, please clear/delete your temporary Internet files and cookie data. This is located in IE’s tools area under Internet options.

Also in the Internet options, check to see if the security settings for the Internet zone are set too high. They should not be set to the highest level. If this fails to resolve the issue, please remember all the download functions of the add-in, and many others, are available directly from the website using our traditional service.
