Multi-Seat Common Questions

• 1. Who needs a license?

  Any individual in your organization who is building presentations would need to have a seat license to use PresenterMedia content in their design.

  It is not nescessary to have a license for people who view or use completed projects which contain our media.

• 2. Is a seat restricted to one computer?

  No, a seat is associated with one person. That person may access their seat from multiple computers, for example, both at home and at work.

• 3. What is a Parent and Child seat?

  When you create a multi-seat subscription, the initial purchaser becomes the parent seat. This parent seat is able to administer the additional child seats in the subscription.

• 4. Can a seat be reassigned?

  Yes, you may reassign a seat to a different person using the tools in the parent seat.

• 5. When do I assign child seats?

  You may assign any of your available seats at anytime during your subscription using the tools available to the parent seat.

• 6. What if I need more seats?

  You can upgrade to a higher account level using our on-line order system, or we would be happy to speak with you directly and provide a custom quotation.
