The App is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the App. PresenterMedia reserves all other rights. Unless the law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the App only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the App that only allow you to use it in certain ways. You may not:

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products, services, and programs offered in the add-in may not be available in your country. References to any product, service, or program do not imply that PRESENTERMEDIA intends to make such products, services, or programs available in your country.
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT EXPORT CONTROLS
Content from this add-in is subject to United States export controls. No Content from this add-in may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's

Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the PowerPoint add-in, copies, and related documentation thereof. In addition, PRESENTERMEDIA reserves the right to terminate this add-in without notice.
