I need help Mike. I've been calling and leaving messages for the past three days with Kara? I've sent you three emails. I cannot customize your slides because your slide covers the text boxes- so I am unable to see where and what I am typing. Please call me at 605-770-3620

Hi Amy, Thanks for reaching out on the blog comment. Sorry about the delay in response; Mike, who does most of our customer service interaction, is riding his bike across Iowa. As we cover for him, we are not as fast with emails, so we apologize. I think the issue was maybe your internet browser screen size. The window would get too small, and the windows would overlap, covering the text area. I believe it has been fixed, but please let us know if there is still an issue on your end.

I need help. I created my Video using Slide clips. I have over 40 slides in my Video (9:33Min) I selected my music Orchestra Ocean Long (2:58Min). I added my music and selected play across multiple slides. It played through slide 17 probably due to the minutes of music playtime. Then it stopped. I tried to add it to the rest of the slides unsuccessfully. I could only it slide by slide for a single slide. I want to add it across multiple slides. Since my Video is over 9 minutes in length and the music is approximately 3 minutes in length I assu,e I can add it across multiple slides several times until it eaches the last slide. However I have not been succesful adding the music across all 40+ slides. Any ideas? Thanks for helping me today, Tuesday, Septemebr 27th, if possible.

Hello. You can add your sound clip multiple times & adjust the timing in the Advanced Timeline & Audio tab at the bottom of the Slide Clips screen. You can click on the start & drag across to where it finishes then have the song start again.
