Yes. In the Customizer, click the blue Upload button in the left vertical menu. After your file uploads, open My Media & Uploads, switch from Media to Uploads, then click your logo to add it to the design area. You can also drag and drop your logo onto an element in the design area to replace it.

Export is in MP4 format. MP4 works in PowerPoint, Google Slides (via Google Drive), websites, social platforms, and digital signage. For email, most clients don’t autoplay video—use a static image thumbnail that links to your hosted MP4.

PowerPoint: Insert → Video → This Device, place it, then set Loop until Stopped in Playback.
Google Slides: Upload MP4 to Drive → Insert → Video → Google Drive, resize, and choose autoplay in Format Options.
